I enjoy collaborating with people to improve their relationships with themselves, other people, and the challenges in their lives—things like trauma, grief, anxiety, resentment, stress, low mood, and communication issues.


We might work well together if you're seeking a therapist who is gentle, direct, and engaged in your sessions. I work from an anti-oppressive lens and believe everyone deserves a supportive space to be heard and to heal no matter how they live or identify.
